Instructions

Step 1

Add strawberries, sugar and water into a saucepan.

Heat on a medium heat until thickened.

Mash the strawberries and set aside.

Step 2

Fit the Whisk Tool.

Add whipping cream into the appliance bowl.

Whisk for 2 minutes on speed Max until soft peaks have formed.

Transfer a spoonful of the strawberry mixture into the base of each dessert glass.

Add the rest of the strawberry mixture into the appliance bowl.

Whisk for 1 minute on speed 3 until combined.

Spoon the strawberry mousse into the dessert glasses evenly.

Chill for 2 hours in the fridge until set.

Decorate with fresh strawberries.

 

Serve.
