Pre-heat oven - 200°C
Line a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
Attach the K-Beater
Add rice flour, dried yeast, salt and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Min
Then add olive oil and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 3
Transfer dough to loaf pan
Let rise - 30 min
Bake - 30 min, 200°C
Turn out onto cooling rack
Let cool
Serve
