Chantilly Cream

Chantilly cream is a sweetened vanilla flavoured cream used for desserts and you can use it in our recipe for choux buns. Ensure the cream is chilled before whisking. If needed, repeat the whisking process for the desired thickness of cream.

Step 1

Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl

Step 2

Add icing sugar, vanilla extract and whipping cream to the kCook bowl

Step 3

Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi

Step 4

Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted

Step 5

Whisk with filler cap fitted until soft peaks form then scrape bowl - 2 min 40 sec, speed 7

Step 6

Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7

Step 7

Serve
