Instructions

Prep. (Before you begin)

Melt the butter.

Getting started

Fit the Whisk Tool to the machine.

Stage 1

Add Ingredients 1 (milk, butter, egg) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Whisk on speed Min until combined.

Stage 2

Retrieve, clean the Mixer bowl and fit the Spiral Dough Tool.

Add Ingredients 2 (flour, yeast, sugar, salt) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Knead on speed 4 for about 8 minutes.

Cover the Mixer bowl with a damp cloth.

Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Stage 3

Transfer dough to a lightly floured worksurface and form into 12 buns.

Transfer buns onto a lightly floured baking tray.

Leave to rise for 20 minutes.

Preheat an oven to 190ºC.

Brush buns with Ingredients 3 (egg).

Bake for 20 minutes at 190ºC until golden and springy.

Leave to cool.

Serve.
