For the pancakes
75 g unsalted butter, melted
450 g milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 g plain flour
40 g icing sugar
75 g cornflour
1 Tbsp baking powder
For the toppings
25 g dark chocolate chips
10 g white chocolate chips
1 banana, sliced
maple syrup, as needed
30 g blueberries
3 strips cooked bacon
Traybake tin 30 cm x 23 cm, FDM72.990BK, FDM71.960SS, Whisk Tool
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Grease the traybake tin and line with parchment paper.
Fit the Whisk.
Add butter, milk, eggs and vanilla extract into the appliance bowl.
Whisk for 30 seconds on speed Max, until combined.
Add flour gradually while the machine is running.
Whisk for 2 minutes on speed Min, until incorporated.
Add sugar, cornflour and baking powder.
Whisk for 1 minute on speed Max, until combined.
Transfer the batter into the tin.
Top with chocolate chips, banana, maple syrup, blueberries and cooked bacon strips.
Bake for 12 minutes at 200ºC, until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Serve.
