250 g unsalted butter, cubed, softened

3 Tbsp hot honey

1 pinch chilli flakes, optional

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the Knife Blade.

Add butter, hot honey and chilli flakes into the appliance bowl.

Mix for 30 seconds on speed Max until combined and then scrape the bowl.

Mix for 30 seconds on speed Max until combined.

Step 2

Wrap the hot honey butter in parchment paper and place in an airtight container.

Use as desired.
