- Check the kettle is plugged in and the switch is fully depressed. - Try another plug socket. - The kettle may have been boiled dry. Your Kenwood kettle has boil dry protection. Remove the kettle off the base and fill with cold water. When you return the kettle to the base and switch on it should now be reset. - Check the fuse in the plug.
