BM450 Program 3

Follow instructions for Program 3.

Note: The wholewheat program begins with a 30 minute pre-heat period.  During this time the kneader will not operate.

Tip

tsp = 5ml teaspoon

tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

Ingredients

  1kg Loaf 750g Loaf
Water 380ml 310ml
Wholemeal Bread Flour 600g 500g
Skimmed Milk Powder 4 tsp 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
Butter 25g 25g
Easy Blend Dried Yeast 1 tsp 1 tsp

    The first time I made bread, the white bread was great, but the Wholemeal bread was very heavy and solid, I mixed the ingredients as shown, any tips to make them lighter and not so solid. Regards, John.
