Apples are high in insoluble fibre and the soluble fibre pectin, which soaks up toxins and waste and sweeps them through the intestines.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 16 leaves parsley leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 apple
  • 5g ginger root, peeled
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 150ml spring water

 

 

Method

  • De-seed and de-stalk the apple and, cut it into quarters then, peel the ginger.
  • Wash and chop the cucumber and celery.
  • Place all the Ingredients into the Blend-X Pro goblet.
  • Select the drinks programme - blend with the stir stick in place until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
