- Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the pineapple juice and sugar syrup to the cocktail shaker.
- Put a good scoop of ice cubes into the blender and crush using the ice crushing programme. Spoon into the cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Pour into chilled martini glasses.
Tip: To make an alcoholic martini replace the pineapple juice with 4 shots of vodka.
