A rich and delicious slow cooked curry, this recipe has lots of ingredients but that’s what makes it so tasty.
Ingredients
600g Stewing Steak
2 Shallots
450g New Potatoes
1 tablespoon Peanuts
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Coconut Cream
5 tablespoons Massaman Curry Paste
200g Beef Stock
400g Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
2 Star Anise Pods
4 Kaffir Lime Leaves
2 tablespoons Palm Sugar
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Method
Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 140°C, Speed OFF
Then add coconut cream, massaman curry paste and stewing steak to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 140°C, Stir 1
Then add shallot and new potatoes to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 1
Then add beef stock, coconut milk, tamarind paste, fish sauce, cinnamon stick, peanut butter, star anise pod, kaffir lime leaves, palm sugar and soy sauce to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
