60ml (4 tbsp) clear honey
90ml (6 tbsp) Greek yogurt
Tools

Ice Cream Maker
Method
Using the High Speed Slicer Shredder slice the apples. Place in a saucepan with the cinnamon, lemon rind and cider or apple juice. Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes, or until the apples turn to pulp.
Discard the lemon rind, stir in the sugar, honey and yogurt and leave to cool. Chill.
Place the Ice Cream Maker and frozen bowl in position and switch to minimum speed. Pour the mixture through the feed tube and churn for 20-30 minutes, until thickened and frozen.
Serve immediately or place in a plastic container and keep frozen, until required. Soften slightly in the fridge for 30 minutes, before serving.
