Summer Fruit Cup

An ideal way to add a healthy sparkle to those relaxing times out on the patio. This recipe is bursting with cool freshness.

Product Used: Kenwood Juicer
Serves: 3 - 4


  1. Remove the stones from the cherries. Cut the nectarines in half and remove the stones. Push the cherries, nectarines and strawberries through the juicer.
  2. Top up the fruit juices with sparkling water or lemonade and pour into a jug. Add a few ice cubes, the lemon balm leaves and extra fresh fruits. Pour into glasses to serve. This juice is also delicious served undiluted.


400g cherries
4 nectarines
250g strawberries
300ml sparkling water or lemonade
ice cubes
6 lemon balm leaves
few cherries and strawberries, to serve
