4 lemons, halved
225g (8oz) sugar
sparkling mineral water, chilled, to serve
1 Using the Citrus Juicer, extract the juice from the lemon halves. Pour into a small saucepan, add the sugar and heat gently, stirring continuously until the sugar has dissolved. Transfer to a jug, cover and leave to cool.
2 To serve, pour a little of the concentrate into a glass and top up with sparkling mineral water, diluting according to taste.
