Ingredients

7 g active dried yeast

130 g water

250 g plain flour

3 Tbsp olive oil

0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

Fit the Dough Tool
Add yeast, water, flour, olive oil, and salt into the appliance bowl
Select the Dough preset
Transfer the dough into a clean bowl and cover
Prove until doubled in size for 1 hour.

Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and knead lightly
