The CD or DVD supplied with my machine does not work. What can I try?

The recipe disk (if supplied) is a CD-ROM which should be viewed using your computer or laptop. It contains a list of searchable recipes.The attachments information DVD (if supplied) will play on a standard DVD player.This contains video images of the various attachments available for your machine.
