How do I stop my bread maker mid program?

Press and hold the Start/Stop button (square and triangle button - see below right) for a slow five seconds.If the machine doesn\'t stop, turn it off at the power for at least 12 minutes. Your bread maker has power interruption protection in case the unit is unplugged during operation and will remember the program for at least 8 minutes.
