Tortellini in Broth

This simple tortellini in broth is quick and easy to make. You can replace the tortellini with ravioli and you can make the stock from scratch; try our Beef Stock recipe.
Ingredients
- 1L Beef Stock
- 15g Ginger
- 4 Green Onions
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 400g Tortellini

- Kcook bowl
Method
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add beef stock and soy sauce to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice ginger and green onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 98°C, speed 1
- Then add tortellini to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 1
- Serve
