Gluten free bread made from rice flour rather than wheat flour. You will get a very wet batter. No kneading involved as it is gluten free, and it won't rise as a standard bread dough would.

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Line a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
  3. Attach the K-Beater
  4. Add rice flour, dried yeast, salt and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Min
  7. Then add olive oil and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 3
  9. Transfer dough to loaf pan
  10. Let rise - 30 min
  11. Bake - 30 min, 200°C
  12. Turn out onto cooling rack
  13. Let cool
  14. Serve
