Three ingredients are all you need to make this quick chocolate fudge recipe. If you want to add a topping you can add this once you’ve transferred the mixture into the tin, we recommend chocolate chips, crushed up mint chocolate, honeycomb, chopped nuts, sea salt etc

Method

  1. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add dark chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and unsalted butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 20 min, 60°C, Speed 1
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 4
  7. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to square pan
  8. Spread until level
  9. Chill in fridge until set - 1 hr
  10. Lift the fudge from the tin using the parchment paper
  11. Cut into pieces
  12. Serve
