This sweet leek jam is a perfect addition to any cheeseboard or simply to liven up a sandwich. Place in a sterilised jam jar to preserve for longer.

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add butter and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 80°C, Stir 1
  5. Then add leek and onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 130°C, Stir 1
  7. Then add apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, dry mustard and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 130°C, Stir 1
  9. Then add jam sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 20 min, 130°C, Stir 1
  11. Serve
