Kids Pancakes

These fluffy pancakes are a simple recipe to make, but are decorated in fun ways to make animal faces. Use a variety of your favourite fruits to make animal faces or let the children use their imagination to create their own.
Ingredients
- 200g All Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 200g Milk
- 35g Caster Sugar
- 1 ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Mixed Fresh Fruit as needed
Tools
- Stove
- kCook Multi
- Frying pan
- Kcook bowl
Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add all purpose flour, egg, milk, caster sugar, baking powder and salt to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
- Heat a clean frying pan
- Add butter to the frying pan
- Pour batter into frying pan sparingly
- Cook each side until golden brown - approx 1 min
- Add mixed fresh fruit to the frying pan
- Serve
