Can I reverse the rotation direction if the PureJuice is clogged?

If the juicer has stopped during normal operation, probably the filter and the scroll are clogged. Press the REVERSE FUNCTION button for 3-5 seconds. Repeat the process 2-3 times until the food becomes dislodged. Once the food is released, you can start juicing again.
