If you ordered on the Kenwood website after September 2023, your purchase will automatically be registered to your account. If you ordered before then, or purchased your appliance or coffee machine with a different retailer, please register your product.

You’ll see a speech icon appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen to speak to the virtual assistant. If your kitchen appliance is in warranty, we will book your repair in free-of-charge. You will need to have registered your product or send us proof of purchase to qualify.
