Vegan Mayo by Conor Spacey
Conor’s awesome recipe for vegan mayo is the perfect condiment for chips, plant based burgers and sausages. Who said being vegan meant missing out on mayo!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp aquafaba (brine/water from a can of chickpeas)
- 2 tsp English mustard
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or your own cultured vinegar
- 250ml vegetable oil
