Step 1

Fit the Knife Blade (or Max Blade for kCook Multi).

Add butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and honey into the appliance bowl, attach the lid with the filler cap.

Blend for 30 seconds on speed 12, until smooth.

Step 2

Transfer the butter into an airtight container.

Use as desired.

Tip: You can store this butter in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two weeks or wrap in baking paper, place in a freezer bag or container and keep frozen for three months.
