Red Onion and Feta Flatbreads

These flatbreads make a great lunch. You can change the topping of these flatbreads to anything you like.

Istruzioni

Step 1

Fit the Dough Tool.

Add water, yeast, flour and salt into the appliance bowl.

Knead for about 5 minutes on speed Min, until the dough is flexible and homogenous.

Remove the appliance bowl from the machine and cover with a tea towel.

Prove for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface.

Divide the dough into two equal pieces.

Roll out each piece into a circle, about 25 cm in diameter.

Place the flatbreads on the baking tray.

Spread tomato purée on top.

Sprinkle with feta cheese and red onion.

Bake for 10 minutes at 200ºC until golden brown.

 

Serve.
