Lemon Bundt Cake

This delicious lemon cake is great served as it is or drizzled with lemon icing. You can make the icing easily by mixing lemon juice, water and icing sugar.

Istruzioni

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170ºC.

Grease the bundt tin.

Fit the K-Beater.

Add butter and sugar into the appliance bowl.

Mix for about 2 minutes on speed 3 until light and fluffy, then scrape the bowl.

Tip: Start the speed on Min and gradually increase speed.

Mix for about 1 minute on speed 3 until combined, then scrape the bowl.

Add flour, baking powder, zest and eggs.

Mix for about 2 minutes on speed 2 until fully combined and smooth.

Step 2

Transfer the batter into the tin.

Bake for 30 minutes on 170ºC until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack.

 

Serve.
