Cranberry and Raisin Flapjacks

1 saucepan medium, 1 Square cake tin 20 cm (8"), KZM35.000GR, KZM35.000GY, KZM35.000RD, K-Beater

Istruzioni

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Grease a tin.

Add butter, sugar and syrup into a saucepan.

Heat on a low heat, stirring frequently, until well combined.

Step 2

Fit the splashguard, then fit the K-Beater.

Add oats, apricots, raisins, cranberries and flaxseeds into the appliance bowl.

Add the sugar mixture.

Mix for 2 minutes on speed 2 until combined.

Transfer the mixture into the tin and press down with a spoon evenly.

Score out squares using a knife.

Bake for 15 minutes on 180ºC until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack.

Cut into squares.

 

Serve.
