Istruzioni

Step 1

Add dates and hot water into a small heatproof bowl.
Let soak for 15-20 minutes until softened.
Drain the water.
Destone the dates if needed.

Step 2

Transfer the soaked dates into the ThermoResist Glass Blender.
Add milk, yogurt, honey and ice cubes to the ThermoResist Glass Blender.
Assemble the ThermoResist Glass Blender attachment to the machine.
Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed.
Blend until smooth.
Divide the mixture between the serving glasses.
