Bowl medium, KHC30.000WH, Food Processor, Knife Blade, Coarse Grating Disc

Istruzioni

Step 1

Fit the Coarse Grating Disc to the Food Processor attachment.

Prepare the cucumber for the attachment.

Grate in batches, if necessary, on speed 4.

Transfer the grated cucumber into a clean bowl.

Step 2

Clean the attachment and fit the Knife Blade.

Add yoghurt, mint, garlic, oil and salt into the attachment.

Blend for about 30 seconds on speed 5 until combined.

Transfer the mixture into the bowl containing the grated cucumber and mix to combine.

 

Serve.
