Step 1

Fit the Stir Tool.

Add butter into the appliance bowl, attach the lid without the filler cap.

Heat for 1 minute at 80ºC, on speed 3, until hot.

Add onion and salt.

Cook for 3 minutes at 80ºC, on speed 3, until translucent.

Add garlic, beans and carrots.

Cook for 2 minutes at 98ºC, on speed 3, until softened.

Add spices and bay leaf.

Cook for 1 minute at 98ºC, on speed 4, until fragrant.

Step 2

Add rice and stock.

Cook for 15 minutes at 95ºC, on speed 3, until absorbed.

Add peas and spinach.

Cook for 3 minutes at 95ºC, on speed 3, until softened.

 

Serve.
