Istruzioni

Step 1

Fit the Creaming Beater to the machine.

Step 2

Add butter into the Mixer bowl.
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splashguard.
Mix on speed 2 for about 1 minute until light and fluffy.

Step 3

Add icing sugar into the Mixer bowl.
Start the machine on speed Min and gradually increase speed.
Mix on speed 2 for about 1 minute until combined.
Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Step 4

Add brandy into the Mixer bowl.
Mix on speed 2 for 30 seconds until combined.
Transfer the butter to a clean jar.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
