Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are best served slightly warm. You can turn them into a tasty dessert by sandwiching a scoop of your favourite ice cream between two cookies.

Istruzioni

Step 1

Fit the K-Beater.

Add light brown sugar, caster sugar and butter into the appliance bowl.

Mix for about 2 minutes on speed 3 until light and fluffy.

Add egg, baking powder and flour.

Mix for about 3 minutes on speed Min until smooth.

Add chocolate chips.

Mix for about 30 seconds on speed Min until combined.

Roll the dough into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Line two baking trays with parchment paper.

Slice the chilled dough into 1 cm thick slices.

Place the shaped dough on the baking tray, space apart evenly.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

 

Serve.
