Istruzioni

Step 1

Fit the Dough Tool.

Add water, yeast, plain flour, butter, milk, sugar, bread flour and salt into the appliance bowl.

Knead for about 5 minutes on speed Min until the dough has formed.

Transfer the dough to a work surface and form into a ball.

Grease the appliance bowl with oil.

Return the dough to the bowl.

Cover for 1 hour with a tea towel and let prove.

Step 2

Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface.

Gently pull the edges into the centre.

Roll the dough over and form into a loaf shape.

Place into the tin, seam side up.

Cover for 1 hour with a damp kitchen towel and prove until doubled in size.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Place a tray of water into the bottom of the oven.

Remove the tea towel and spray the dough with salted water.

Bake for 25 minutes at 220ºC until hollow-sounding when tapped.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

 

Serve.
