Coarsely chop the figs.
Destem the thyme.
Connect the Triblade attachment to the hand blender.
Add Ingredients 1 (figs, water) into the small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until the figs are soft, and the liquid is gone.
Transfer the figs to the beaker.
Add Ingredients 2 (oil, vinegar, capers, thyme) into the beaker.
Use the Turbo function to process the mixture until slightly chunky.
