In the Kenwood MultiPro Go, blend drained sardines and beans.
Add egg and breadcrumbs and blend again.
Form the mixture into small fritters, using approximately 1 to 2 Tbsp per fritter.
Flatten each fritter slightly.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add the fritters.
Cook for two mins on each side.
Drain on a paper towel and let cool.
Work in batches if needed.
To serve
Serve the fritters with salad leaves, tzatziki and lemon wedges.
