Ingredients

82 ml coconut oil
200 grams vegan dark chocolate
2  golden syrup


50 grams dried cranberries
50 grams raisins
50 grams pistachios
50 grams vegan ginger biscuits


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Break up the dark chocolate.

Roast and coarsely chop the pistachios.

Break up the biscuits.

STEP 2/4

Fit the K beater to the machine.

Grease the square tin.

STEP 3/4

Add Ingredients 1 (oil, chocolate, syrup) into the small glass bowl.

Heat in the microwave until melted and mix.

STEP 4/4

Add Ingredients 2 (cranberries, raisins, pistachios, biscuits) into the Mixer bowl.

Transfer the contents of the small glass bowl into the Mixer bowl.

Mix on speed Min for 30 seconds.

Transfer the chocolate mixture into the square tin and level.

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

Cut into squares.

Serve.
