Ingredients

400 grams tofu
1  vegan butter
2  nutritional yeast
0.5 tsp. turmeric
0.5 tsp. paprika
0.5 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
0.25 tsp. salt
40 ml soy milk


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Break up the tofu.

STEP 2/3

Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield.

Fit the Creaming Beater to the machine.

STEP 3/3

Attach the Cooking Chef bowl to the machine.

Add Ingredients (tofu, butter, yeast, spices, mustard, salt, soy milk) into the Cooking Chef bowl.

Mix on speed Stir 1 for 1 minute until combined.

Remove the Creaming Beater, fit the Stir Tool.

Cook at 110ºC, on speed Stir 2 for 7 minutes until thickened.

Serve.
