The timer on my kCook Multi Smart is not counting down.

This could happen for a couple of reasons:

  • The appliance is in the heating stage and the timer will start to count down once the selected temperature has been reached.

Or

  • If the temperature is set above 100°C, the water content of the food may be preventing the appliance from reaching the selected temperature to start the timer countdown. Try the following:
  • Reduce the temperature to below 100°C.
