200ml apple juice, chilled
200g Greek yoghurt, chilled
15ml clear honey
250g fresh blackberries
Extra yoghurt and blackberries to serve, optional

An ideal start to a fresh Autumn morning, the sweetness of apples and blackberries will set you up for the day!

Serves: 2


  1. Place the apple juice, yoghurt, honey and blackberries in the goblet. Blend on MIX for 10 seconds then on SMOOTH for 15 seconds.
  2. Place a spoonful of yoghurt in the base of 2 serving glasses and add a few blackberries then add the smoothie and serve.

    The kids made this with blackberries we picked (never use shop blackberries which are tasteless!). It was delicious. We also tried it with half a teaspoon of cinnamon, even better in our view.
