600g whole milk yogurt
½ tsp salt
Mint leaves, destalked (optional)
1 garlic clove (optional)
Ice, as needed
Fresh mint, as needed
1 - Add the yoghurt, water, salt, mint, and garlic to the Thermoresist Glass Blender.
2 - Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the high-speed outlet of the machine.
3 - Secure the lid and blend until smooth.
4 - Serve in tall glasses over ice and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
