Green Protein Shake

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 heaped tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey


  1. Place all ingredients into the cup. Secure the lid. 
  2. Place on speed 2 for 20-30 seconds or until smooth. 
  3. Serve. 


  • Coconut water is low in calories and a natural source of electrolytes including sodium and potassium.
  • Spinach: Full of Vitamin K which is great for bone strength.    
  • Avocado is full of good fats that give this smoothie a creamy consistancy.
  • Protein powder also reduces your hunger and helps with muscle strength.
