Mandarin and Apricot Smoothie

  1. Roughly chop the apricots and place in a bowl. Pour over the grape juice, cover and chill for 2 hours, or overnight if preferred. Place in the goblet and add the mandarin segments.
  2. Switch the smoothie maker on mix for 15 seconds then on smooth for 30 seconds. Serve in chilled glasses. 


300ml white grape juice, chilled
75g ready to eat dried apricots, chopped
420g can mandarin oranges in fruit juice, drained
