  1. Remove the stone from the mango and seeds from the papaya, if still present. Place the fruits, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in the Liquidiser.
  2. Blend at high speed until thick and smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.


½ ripe mango, peeled
½ papaya, peeled
300ml (½ pint) natural yogurt
30ml (2 tbsp) clear honey
30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
