This rich and smooth cocktail is perfect for a festive drink on a cold Christmas Eve.

  1. Place the Irish Cream, Frangelico and ice cream into the liquidiser and pulse until combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into the serving glasses.
  3. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Chef’s tip: Grate curls from a chocolate bar using a vegetable peeler.
