Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Put the herbs, spring onions and garlic into the blender and chop using the coarse chop programme.
- Add the goat’s cheese, créme fraiche and a little salt and pepper and mix together using the speed dial until evenly combined.
- Spoon into a bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed.
- Serve with a variety of crackers.
Tip: Chop 2 sun dried tomatoes in oil and fold into the mixture once combined.
