Egg Enriched White Bread

  1. Put the egg/eggs into the measuring cup or jug and add sufficient water to give liquid up to 
    380ml for 1kg loaf
    300ml for 750g loaf
    245ml for 500g loaf
  2. Add the ingredients to the bread pan in the ordered listed in the above recipe.

tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon


For 1kg loaf 
2 eggs  
Water - see point 1  
1 1/2tbsp vegetable oil   
2tsp salt 
4tsp sugar 
600g unbleached white bread flour   
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast 

For 750g loaf 
Egg 1 + 1 yolk  
Water - see point 1  
1tbsp vegetable oil  
1tsp salt  
1tbsp sugar   
450g  unbleached white bread flour  
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast

For 500g loaf 
1 egg 
Water - see point 1  
1tbsp vegetable oil 
1tsp salt  
2tsp sugar   
350g unbleached white bread flour   
1tsp easy blend dried yeast
