  1. Add tomatoes when machine beeps.

tsp=5ml teaspoon
tbsp=15ml tablespoon


For 900Kg 700Kg loaf
350ml water 
1/2 tbsp olive oil from bottled sun dried tomatoes 
500g unbleached white bread flour 
75g wholemeal bread flour 
40g finely grated parmesan cheese 
1/2 tsp salt 
1 tbsp sugar 
7g easy blend dried yeast  
40g well drained sun-dried tomatoes

For 700Kg loaf
300ml water 
1 tbsp olive oil from bottled sun dried tomatoes 
400g unbleached white bread flour
50g wholemeal bread flour 
25g finely grated parmesan cheese  
1/2 tsp salt 
2 tsp sugar  
1/2 tsp easy blend dried yeast
25g well drained sun-dried tomatoes
