250ml unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked

100g Swiss chard, washed

100g blueberries

1 banana, fresh or frozen

2 tbsp linseeds


  1. Soak the chia seeds in a little water for ten minutes.
  2. Place all the ingredients into the goblet and blend until smooth using the drinks programme and stir stick. 
  3. Pour into a glass, serve immediately and enjoy!
